Our Pet Store grew out of our love for all animals. We provide everything you need to keep an animal in your home because we have pets in ours.
We understand the special bond between pets and their owners, and we want to encourage that kind of love in everyone.
Pet ownership is a rewarding responsibility, and with this in mind we continue to make sure that everyone who comes to us is well-educated and understands the obligations required to keep a happy and healthy pet. As a result of our hard work, our customers constantly tell us how happy they have been since having a pet in their lives. About Deposit & Cancelation:
Non-refundable deposit required for all online bookings. Please let us know if you may have any other enquires. A late arrival fee of $20 will be incurred for arrivals later than 15 minutes. Reservations will be cancelled for arrivals later than 30 minutes. (deposits will not be refunded)

洗护服务预约需要支付$20的订金，否则预约失败哦。预约成功后会有自动的邮件提醒，包括了地址以及预约的详细情况。
按时到达的客人在当天付款的时候，订金会从洗护的总价里减出，不计在总金额内。如果预约当天迟到15分钟以上，订金会直接扣除；迟到30分钟以上预约会直接取消，订金也会扣除，不退不换。由于预约较多，如果上一个预约推迟，接下来的预约都会被往后延误，所以希望大家配合理解哦
若需要更改预约，距预约时间24小时以上的可直接点击确认邮件里的预约时间（会有蓝色的下划线提示），可以自动跳转到更改时间的界面，您可自行操作。订金会自动挪到下次，不会重复收钱。
若距离预约时间不满24小时，只能麻烦您重新进行预约，上次付的订金会直接扣除，不退不换。
预约陪同服务猫咪仅开放周三，狗狗仅开放周四，需要洗护陪同服务的客人可微信或电话联系我们进行咨询。
